REGISTRATION GUIDELINES


1. GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • Conference Registration is mandatory for all the participants and delegates.
  • Registration must be done only through the official website-https://commedtvm.com only and will be accepted after payment details verification. 
  • Abstract submission can be done after completion of registration.
  • Registration is non-transferable
  • Registration opens on June 1st, 2025, and closes on June 30th, 2025.
  • SPOT Registration is available for participants presenting research papers. But they will not be considered for the best paper awards.

       N.B:- The disbursal of the conference kit for the spot - registered participants will be subject to availability.

2. REFUND POLICY

  • In case of double payment or additional payment made mistakenly during the online registration, refund requests may be mailed to the Organizing Secretary.                       Email ID: natcongmctvm@gmail.com

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • No refunds will be granted for unattended conference
